🔹 The population currently stands at 3.1 million people and is expected to more than double by 2045.

🔹 The total area of green zones will be tripled, reaching 25,000 hectares.

🔹 At least 30% of new development projects will be allocated for green spaces, with 9 new parks planned.

🔹 Out of 85 reviewed projects, 18 were approved, 12 were sent for further improvement, and 54 will undergo conceptual reconsideration.

🔹 The expected economic impact includes an additional $1.5 billion annually, 3.5 trillion UZS in budget revenues, and the creation of approximately 260,000 new jobs.
