An open dialogue was held at the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services

The meeting focused on a comprehensive review of current industry challenges, establishing an open and constructive dialogue with entrepreneurs, and further improving legal mechanisms. The discussion was moderated by the Head of the Association, M. Niyazmukhamedov. Particular attention was given to licensing and tender procedures. Economic and legal issues arising during the construction of social infrastructure facilities were also thoroughly discussed. The need to improve the regulation of relationships between clients and contractors, ensure the fulfillment of contractual obligations, and enhance the application of existing legislation was emphasized. At the conclusion of the dialogue, key tasks were outlined, including systematizing the proposals raised, implementing them in practice, and further improving the regulatory framework of the sector.
